I booked a big boat from Phi Phi to Krabi, including hotel pickup, and received a QR code via email. When I showed the QR code at Phi Phi Port, they gave me a physical ticket and a sticker. After about 2 hours, I arrived at the Koolong Girard Port and followed my group. The men who picked me up asked for the hotel by looking at the stickers on my body. People in similar locations were picked up in the same car and dropped me off at the road to the hotel or at the entrance, so I was able to travel comfortably and without any complications.

Receive an email and voucher immediately after booking. The voucher can be redeemed together by multiple people or individually, offering flexible arrangements. Redemption at the pier is quick and convenient; simply arrive half an hour in advance.

I was able to use it comfortably because there was free coffee, bread, watermelon, and motion sickness medicine, and there was little shaking. It felt like taking a cruise after going around Koh Phi Phi and entering Phi Phi Island.

Unless you are on a trip with plenty of time, I recommend premium seats. You can travel stress-free with a small number of people, and the deck can be used by only the number of people. If you cannot secure a seat inside in economy class, you will probably spend two hours on a chair on the deck under the hot sun, which will be quite exhausting. If you are only staying for a short time, you should conserve your energy in order to enjoy Phi Phi Island. It is better to set up hotel transfers as they are cheaper than taxis. The air conditioning in the rooms is strong, so bring something to keep you warm. You can charge your devices, snacks are provided, and there are toilets.

Super smooth ride and a very helpful staff. The waters can be bumpy at times so you can choose a cruiser instead of a speedboat if you think you'll get motion sickness in a speedboat.

First, I had a bit of trouble because the address for the Andaman Wave booth provided by Klook was incorrect. Please correct it! It turns out the location is right at Tonsai Pier, so I was lost even though it was right in front of me, haha. There was only about a 1,000-2,000 won difference between Klook's price and the local price, so it was very useful since I was short on cash. It took two hours to get to the island, which felt frustrating, so paying double to get there quickly was definitely better. Anyway, I used it well.

The pick-up to the accommodation was convenient, the transportation process was very smooth, the staff on the boat were friendly, and most of all, the transportation time was shorter than that of a bus or ferry, so it was a very satisfying experience. I will use it again next time.
