Reviews
the tour is very rich in culture and informative ive enjoy my tour here. And learned a lot. and also the tour guide is very energetic
The meeting point was very easy to find, and the store had many tour options to browse, as well as a variety of souvenirs for sale! The tour guide and driver for the day was very friendly and proactively attentive to each tourist. On the way to Port Arthur, they also provided detailed information about the local architecture and history. Upon arrival at the Port Arthur Historic Site, we had free time to explore on our own (guided tours are available for an additional fee or you can wait for a scheduled tour). Overall, it was a very good experience and a destination well worth visiting!
The tour guide and driver’s explanation was serious and detailed. It seemed a little too long to stay in Port Arthur for a day. We visited the entire park twice. It was really beautiful inside and I liked taking pictures. I felt that the plant monuments in the park were well maintained! The food is not too expensive is worth visiting
The price includes bus point-to-point transportation and boat tickets. The scenic spots and scenery are beautiful. Learning about early Australian history is a must-see attraction in Tasmania.
it was an interesting journey, if you like to learn history. you have plenty of time to walk all the way throught the site.
Amazing tour in every possible way ! Ben was a great driver and he gave very informative talks throughout our ride to Port Arthur on a variety of subjects and places. It’s great that they included a boat tour as well as a welcome tour at Port Arthur. It was money and a day well spent. I highly recommend it if you want to dive in the history of Port Arthur and Tasmania, which is surprisingly not exclusively about convicts.
The place is really nice, It is really part of the UNESCO. I had a good time touring around. Must visit place in Tasmania.
If you love history, Port Arthur trip is a must . There is a 1-hour guide and many talks on site, giving full experience on what happened in the 1800s. The tour also includes a 20 minute ferry.
To visit Port Arthur, you need to allocate a whole day, since it takes at least 1.5 hours to go one way, and at least 4 hours to the site itself, including a 20-minute harbor cruise and a 45-minute sightseeing tour. Since there are slight inconsistencies between the description of the tour and what is actually there, it would be good for the organizers to give their memo to tourists.
Although there is not a tour guide to follow all the way, but this price includes a port Arthur ticket, a 45 local staff explanation and a 20 boat tour and round-trip transfer, which is very good. If you go to Hobart, you can consider participating
