You need to give a tip in cash at the beginning. The minimum is 100,000 VND. However, even including that, it's cheap and includes a full body massage + bath + steam sauna + dry sauna + cold bath + snacks, so I think it's a good deal. The receptionist speaks English, but the therapists only speak Vietnamese. I went to another branch with a voucher I got in the store, but I was told that it can only be used by locals. This store listed on Klook is okay for foreigners. I hope it stays listed for a long time. The cold bath feels great and helps you relax.
The auntie knew it was my first time, so she taught me to soak in the herbal bath first, then go for a wet steam, then a dry steam, then an ice bath. After that, I met my husband on another floor. The masseuse's technique was excellent. We ordered porridge and soup; it was so delicious that I forgot to take pictures. The egg in the soup looked a bit scary, so I didn't eat it. Overall, I was very satisfied.
