Booking Requirements
- For services between 09:00 to 21:00, bookings must be at least 4 hours before the scheduled pick up time
- For services between 21:01 to 08:59, booking must be at least 8 hours before the scheduled pick up time
Additional information
- Child seats are available upon request
- Please do not consume food and drinks inside the vehicle
- All vehicles are wheelchair and stroller friendly. However, each equipment will count as one luggage
- The driver will contact you by WhatsApp/WeChat/Line or phone call. Please indicate an active mobile number at the checkout page
- The operator will forward your driver's contact information via phone/WeChat/email/WhatsApp within 2 hours before your scheduled service
- Regular time bookings must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled pick up time. While midnight trip bookings must be made at least 8 hours in advance

JT is the best driver in Hong Kong. He contacted me day before with the car details & photo of the car. On the D-day, he sent me the pickup details & wait for me for about 30 minutes. It was super convinience. The big plus is he help me to find power outleet converter (the EU power outleet to HK power outleet). The trip was HK Disneyland to HK North Point. He didnt mind to divert the trip to bring me to electronic store & assist me to the place where I can get those converter. The trip was good, the best ever experience I had with Klook apps. We booked a Tesla for my son who loves cars - so priceless to see his reaction :) It was a good experience and the ride was so smooth back to our hotel. Our driver Joe sent us a message the night before via Whatsapp confirming pickup time. It was just a bit of a walk to the parking area where the private cars were allowed to wait. He even agreed to pick us up earlier as we were already tired from our day at Disneyland.
