Otis Premium Day Cruise: Ha Long Bay, Sung Sot, Ti Top

Had a wonderful experience with Otis. The cruise was well equipped and smooth. The lunch buffet had a lot of options. Our tour guide Tom was highly knowledgeable about Ha Long, communicated regularly and provided great comic relief. The itinerary allowed sufficient time to explore all the destinations. The additional activities such as kayaking, bamboo boat, speed boat are chargeable but worth it and enjoyable. The only minor inconvenience was the transfer bus lacking leg space and being generally uncomfortable. The overall experience was excellent, truly value for money and highly recommended.

One of the most impressive places in Vietnam that left a huge impression on me. I'm sorry there wasn't sun and blue skies, but a lot of humidity and grayness. My guide told me that the sun is from May to September. All in all, it's really fascinating to see so many islands and limestone rocks rising from the sea. There are about two thousand of them. It looks like another planet. The movie King Kong Skull Island was filmed here. I took an organized trip from Hanoi for about 30 euros. The highway is new and excellent. It takes about three hours to get there. Lunch on the boat wasn't very tasty. Also, even though I was told to get to the Hanoi Opera House by bus, a girl with a motorbike was waiting for me and brought me to another position. They should be a little better organized. We also visited Luon Cave and Ti Top Island (be sure to climb to the top for the view). Next time I ever come back, I'll take a 2 or 3 day cruise because I think you can experience Ha Long Bay much better.

amazing experience at OtiS Premium Cruise. great food though drinks are charge but it fine. Nice, friendly and accommodating crew. the boat is new with beautiful interior and comfortable seat. excellent view at roof deck. the tour guide, nyuyen Xuan Truong was very helpful abd capable. 5 stars for this trip

heroooooooooooooo!!! Today is our second day in Vietnam and we decided to book a Ha Long Bay Cruise and chose Otis Premium. Hero, our tour guide, was great and spoke good english and is very very handsome. We've enjoyed this trip especially the Sung Sot Cave and Bamboo boat, and met good people. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We really enjoyed our Halong Bay tour/it was absolutely worth it!The cruise crew was friendly and welcoming & the food served on board was delicious.Halong Bay is a must visit when you're in Hanoi.The stunning scenery,with it's majestic limestone formations rising from the emerald waters,is truly breathtaking.I also enjoyed our visit to Surprise Cave.The climb was a bit tiring but the spectacular views made it completely worth the effort.Kudos to our tour guide,Hung,for taking such great care of us througout the day.

Our tour was very good. My family had lot of fun. Food option was good for vegetarian guide Mr Lee was very good & took our family photos. He is very knowledgeable person & contacted personally for any issues. overall we enjoyed the tour with him.

we had a wonderful experience of halong bay. Must visiting place in Hanoi .I booked it through klook. our guide tom was wonderful. he was very nice and explains everything very well. speed boat experience is 10/10.

Excellent tour. Tom is one of the best tour guide I’ve ever experienced. The bus delayed for 10 mins because of the traffic buildup but other than that everything is on time. The bus is spacious and comes with Wifi - my only complaint is that the air conditioning is not as good and sometimes it gets very warm inside. The itinerary are all excellent- Tom provided multiple opportunities for picture taking and discussing history of each Island. The cruise ship we went to was pretty good too. Please note that they don’t allow you to bring plastic water bottle therefore bring your own metal water bottle or else you will spend a lot of money for water. Overall I will suggest this tour to others!
