Very poor service. I chartered a car to pick up and drop off at the Port of Melbourne, but the driver went to Sydney to pick him up? And then you said the guest didn’t show? Brother, you were in the wrong seat, right? Also, klook didn’t give us the contact number of the local driver, so we couldn’t contact him. The whole service was terrible. We were left waiting under the scorching sun for an hour and a half, and our trip was ruined. Do you think twice before booking? How exaggerated is it to pay the driver to give you the Sydney address for everyone to appreciate?
