Super great experience! Before the trip, Nabii, the service staff of the local travel agency, confirmed the details with me in advance. Since there were 15 of us, we also asked the travel agency to assist with the transfer from the hotel to the pier. We can swipe the card online in advance and the price is fair, so we don’t have to worry about being overcharged. The day before the trip, the tour guide Linh contacted me about the meeting place and his contact information through what's app, and he arrived to meet other tourists smoothly. There is a sumptuous buffet lunch on the boat, canoeing in Halong Bay, Surprise Cave, Hero Island, and a sunset party on the final return trip, which provides snacks, fruits, drinks, beautiful scenery and rich itineraries, and is also led by a professional tour guide. It is an amazing trip An unforgettable journey!

The tour operator DID NOT call to confirm pick up as stated. We arrived at the Hanoi Opera House at 8.14am when the instructions stated to arrive 10 minutes before 8.30am pick up. Waited until 9.20am when there was nobody left for tour pick up. email given info@halongorchidcruise.net is not even contactable. got in touch with Klook help desk, even they can't reach the tour operator.
