• Infants and toddlers aged 1.0-2 years are not recommended to participate. If participation is mandatory, please notify us by email in advance. In the event of no prior notice and insufficient space, the driver has the right to refuse boarding. Infants and toddlers will be counted as passengers and charged the same price as adults. Please make a note when placing your order. Additionally, elderly people aged 65 and above (inclusive) must ensure they are in good health and fit for travel, and must be accompanied throughout the trip by a family member or friend aged 22 or older.

1. Passengers with the following conditions or others who are unsuited to withstand excessive stimulation are prohibited from participating in this project: high blood pressure, heart disease, acrophobia, asthma, epilepsy, and pregnancy. If participation is registered by concealing such conditions, the consequences must be borne by oneself.
2. Group tours follow a fixed route. Please adhere to the attraction stay times and follow the driver-guide's instructions. A maximum wait time of 5 minutes applies for late arrivals; if you exceed this time, you must make your own way to the next meeting point. The chartered vehicle duration is 10 hours, and the overtime fee is 5,000 JPY per hour, payable directly to the driver on the day.
3. No refunds will be issued for anyone who fails to participate in or interrupts the tour due to personal reasons, lateness, etc. Please be advised. If you leave the tour group on your own accord during the trip, no fees will be refunded. Any personal or property safety issues resulting from this will be at your own risk.
4. If you need to bring large luggage, please inform us when making your reservation. During the trip, please keep your passport and valuables with you at all times. You will be responsible for any loss, theft, damage, etc. Sealed light snacks or unopened beverages are allowed, but eating inside the bus is prohibited. Please note that if any stains are caused inside the vehicle, compensation will be required according to local cleaning standards. Thank you for your understanding.
5. Depending on traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowd impact on the day, arrival times for each itinerary may vary, and the order of the itinerary may also be adjusted. According to Japanese regulations, vehicle usage time must not exceed 10 hours. In the event of traffic congestion caused by holidays or force majeure factors, the itinerary may be delayed, canceled, or sightseeing time at attractions shortened / attractions reduced, and your understanding is appreciated. However, refunds or negative reviews may not be requested on these grounds.
6. Small Group & Chartered Car Package Description: 8-person small groups come with an English-speaking guide; private chartered cars support hotel pick-up and drop-off, have a Japanese-speaking driver only, and do not include a tour guide.
7. The driver will recommend lunch and local Japanese specialties, including regional cuisine, ice cream, horse oil, and other local products. No forced purchases.
8. Traffic congestion is expected during holidays, weekends, or Japanese holidays, which may cause delays of 2 to 5 hours. It is recommended that you flexibly adjust your nighttime travel arrangements.
9. Day tours do not include personal travel insurance or accidental injury insurance; please purchase them yourself if needed. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports involve specific risks and dangers, so please assess your own health condition or capability. The company assumes no responsibility for any personal injury or harm caused by accidents or unforeseeable factors; your understanding is appreciated.
10. We will send you an email between 16:00 and 21:00 the day before your trip. The content will include: meeting time, license plate number, tour guide, and the guide's social contact information. Please be sure to check your email (it might be in the spam folder!). Do not be late on the day of the trip, as no refunds or changes are allowed on that day! Therefore, you must check your email to add the tour guide! Please keep your mobile phone accessible during the tour so that relevant reception staff can contact you! If you have not received the email by 21:00, please contact our company.
11. For those using LINE, due to regional restrictions on LINE, the tour guide will not be able to add you as a friend directly using your LINE number the day before the trip. Therefore, we will create a LINE group the day before the trip and send the LINE group link to you via email. After receiving the email, please actively click the link to join the LINE group so that the tour guide can communicate with you in a timely manner. Thank you!

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
