- Important: Participation in adventure rides is subject to the park’s safety rules, individual ride requirements, and staff approval.
- Guests with medical conditions, heart problems, back or neck injuries, or mobility limitations should consult their physician before participating in adventure rides.
- Pregnant guests should avoid rides that may pose risks and follow the park's restrictions.
- Inform the tour guide of any medical conditions, injuries, or mobility concerns that may affect your participation.
- Secure your personal belongings and follow staff instructions regarding bags, phones, cameras, and other loose items during rides.
- The itinerary and outdoor activities may change due to weather, traffic, safety concerns, or ride availability.
Code of Conduct

- Follow the age, height, weight, and health requirements for each ride. Check individual ride restrictions before participating.
- Do not participate in adventure rides while under the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances.
- Follow designated pathways and respect park rules and the natural environment.
- Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult.

Cancellation policy

- The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 5 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
Booking changes policy
- Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
- The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
- The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
- Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
