- If you are participating while traveling to Hokkaido or Sapporo, please refrain from participating on the final day of your trip. (There is no compensation for bus delays.)
- Infants aged 2 and under are free of charge if they do not require a seat. If you require a seat, please make a standard reservation.
- Tour times are subject to change due to road conditions and other factors. *Traffic conditions may cause slight delays in arrival. Additionally, in the event of severe weather, the tour may be unavoidably canceled on the day of the event.
- The meeting time is set for 10 minutes before the departure time. For customers who have not gathered even after the departure time has passed, as a rule, we will not wait for them. In this case, it will be treated as "tour non-participation" or "non-participation".
- Tour staff may accompany you. The language will be Japanese. Other languages will be handled using mobile translators.
