• [About Luggage Privilege] Each person is allowed to carry one piece of luggage for free. Any extra pieces can be paid for on-site at 2,000 JPY per piece to the tour guide. Please be sure to note this when placing your order. If you do not notify us in advance, the tour guide has the right to refuse your boarding, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
• [About Driver-Guide Services] Driver-guide service: 4-13 people boutique small group; Driver + Guide service: 14-45 people bus group, which will actually be adjusted according to the number of participants on the day. The driver-guide mainly focuses on driving, supplemented by commentary.
• [Regarding Force Majeure] Depending on traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowd density on the day, arrival times for each itinerary may vary. In the event of the aforementioned or other force majeure factors, the tour guide reserves the right to adjust and curtail the itinerary on-site, and refunds cannot be requested on this basis.
• [About Late Refunds] As the day tour is a carpooling service, if you are late at the meeting point or scenic spot, the supplier will not wait for overdue arrivals and no refund will be given.
• [About Vehicle Models] Reference models: 5-8 seater: Toyota Alphard; 9-14 seater: Toyota HiAce or equivalent class; 18-22 seater: Minibus; 22+ seater: Large bus. The above vehicles are for reference only, and actual vehicles will be adjusted according to the number of participants on the day of the tour.
• [Regarding the End Time] Due to the long driving distance of the itinerary, the return arrival time may be affected by traffic or weather conditions. It is recommended that you avoid scheduling anything on the day the itinerary ends
