• Passenger capacity: 5 passengers excluding the driver
• Luggage allowance: 2 pieces of standard-sized luggages
• Standard Luggage Size: 65cm x 45cm x 30cm.
• Larger bags will be considered 2 pieces
• Please limit the weight of baggage to a maximum of 6 kg
• The driver has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued
• Luggage storage and delivery services are not provided

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Partial refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Some of the activities are cancelled
• Partial refund rules: Refund an admission fee for the cancelled attraction
• Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings

• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
