• [About Luggage Privilege] Each person is allowed to carry one piece of luggage for free. Any excess luggage can be paid for on-site at 2,000 JPY per piece to the tour guide/driver. Please make sure to leave a remark when placing your order. If you do not notify us in advance, the tour guide/driver has the right to refuse you boarding, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
• [About Driver-Guide Services] Driver-guide service: 4-13 people exquisite small group; Driver + guide service: 14-45 people bus group, the actual arrangement will be adjusted according to the number of people on the day of the tour. The driver-guide mainly focuses on driving, supplemented by commentary.
• [Regarding Force Majeure] Depending on traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowd conditions on the day, the arrival time of each itinerary may change. In the event of the aforementioned or other force majeure factors, the tour guide has the right to adjust and curtail the itinerary on-site. Your understanding is appreciated, and refunds cannot be requested on this basis.
• [Regarding Late Arrival and Refunds] Since day tours are shared vehicle services, if you arrive late at the meeting point or attraction, we will depart without waiting and no refunds will be issued. Please be advised.
• [Regarding End Time] Due to the long driving distance of the itinerary, the return arrival time may be affected by traffic, weather, etc. It is recommended that you avoid arranging other activities on the day the itinerary ends. If losses occur due to delays, the supplier will not assume liability for compensation.
