- Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
- Participants are advised dress appropriately for this activity (long pants, long-sleeved shirt or scarf to cover shoulders, and closed shoes)
- Please dress accordingly depending on the day's weather conditions
- For smooth entry, please refrain from wearing flip flops, shorts, tank tops, or sleeveless shirts
- Pets are prohibited
- Please be mindful not to feed the marine / wild animals or engage in any activity that may damage the ecosystem
- Fitness Level Requirement: Intermediate
- It is your responsibility to inform the operator if you have any special health conditions. The operator is not responsible for any adverse effects which may arise from any treatment.

Vehicle & luggage info
- Passenger capacity: 10 passengers excluding the driver
- Please limit the weight of baggage to a maximum of 20 kg
- The driver has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued
- Luggage storage and delivery services are not provided

Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- Partial refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Participation for some attractions has been suspended
- If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
- Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 15 minutes or more
- The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 2 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
