- Guests may purchase their national park entrance tickets on the day of the tour; the parks open at 08:00
- Guests may choose to add optional experiences, such as the Macuco Safari boat ride or helicopter flight, during the tour, subject to weather conditions
- Guests with same-day flights are advised to arrive in the morning, around 07:00 to 08:00, and schedule their departure after 20:00
- Guests will be assisted by the guide with all border procedures to ensure a smooth crossing between Brazil and Argentina
