- The service hours for this plan are from 08:00 to 20:00, with a maximum of 10 hours (including travel time, sightseeing, and meal times). The timing starts from the scheduled pick-up time or when the driver arrives at the designated pick-up location. Please be sure to adhere to the agreed-upon meeting time with the driver. If you are late due to personal reasons, the waiting time will also be included in the 10-hour service period.
- If the service time exceeds 10 hours (including delays due to traffic jams, etc.), an overtime fee will be charged: For vehicles with fewer than 10 seats: 5,000 JPY will be charged for each additional hour. For vehicles with 14 seats or more: 10,000 JPY will be charged for each additional hour.
- Departure times can be adjusted according to traveler's needs (within service hours). Please note this in your order.
- Please note that drivers only speak Chinese or Japanese, or can communicate in English using translation software. If you need to specify an English-speaking driver, please inquire in advance.
- Both pick-up and drop-off points are at hotels or guesthouses within the Osaka area (for transfers to different locations, the driver may require additional empty driving time or an extra fee may apply, depending on the actual situation).
- Vehicle adjustment: Depending on the situation on the day, a vehicle of the same class may be provided to ensure comfortable travel.
- Overload risk: If the allowed capacity for passengers or luggage is exceeded, resulting in inability to ride, the cost will be borne by the guest.
- Standard luggage size: 24-28 inches. Please inform us in advance if you have oversized luggage or a stroller. Large luggage will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage.
- 7-seater and 14-seater models generally have no extra luggage space and cannot carry large luggage. If your itinerary includes large luggage, please choose a 9-seater or 17-seater model. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
- This service uses legally operated vehicles and does not mandate the use of child safety seats. If needed, please inform us in advance, and the supplier can provide one child safety seat free of charge. *Each child safety seat occupies approximately 1.5 passenger spaces and may affect the number of passengers or luggage capacity.
- Standard luggage size is 24-28 inches. Please notify us in advance for oversized luggage or strollers, which will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage.

- You'll get confirmation 48 hours before the departure date. If you didn't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.
Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
- Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 10 minutes or more
