The road to Ubud was very congested, but it was great that we got there without any trouble. Even though I asked to be taken to a secluded resort in Ubud, the driver took us there without asking for any extra fees.

Very convenient, the driver is on time and we have plenty of time at airport to wait for boarding.
driver was on time. driver wasn't very sweet and Bali cab drivers had raised our expectations throughout our trip. we had to struggle with our own baggage and he did not even ask if he needs to lend a hand
I decided to pick you up at the hotel at 11:50, but I waited for 20 minutes and waited.
I went to a coffee plantation I didn't want in the middle, but I used it safely.
The driver was very friendly and the car was spacious and cool.
I had to wait an hour later than my appointment and wait for the hotel after checking out.
