• Participants aged 65 or older are required to submit a consent form for each participant.
• The schedule may be changed due to weather, road conditions, or other circumstances. Thank you for your understanding. To avoid any issues, please refrain from taking any unscheduled actions.
• If bus services are suspended due to a typhoon, or if the tour cannot be operated due to the temporary closure of sightseeing facilities, the tour will be canceled and the booking fee will be fully refunded.
• If only some sightseeing facilities are closed, the guide will change the stops according to local conditions. No refunds will be provided in this case. Thank you for your understanding.
• Pregnant guests are not permitted to join this tour.
• Meals are not included.
• The type of vehicle used for the day tour may vary depending on the number of participants and the conditions on the day. Thank you for your understanding.
• If the number of participants is fewer than 9 people, the driver will also serve as the guide. Thank you for your understanding.
• To allow time for check-in, we recommend arriving at the meeting point 5–10 minutes before your designated meeting time.
• Admission tickets to Cape Manzamo and Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium are complimentary benefits included in this tour. No refund for the equivalent value of the tickets will be provided, even if they are not used.
• To prevent email delivery errors, please be sure to provide the required contact information when making a booking, including your email address, phone number, and available SNS account.
• You may leave the tour at any time; however, no refunds will be provided if you leave before the tour ends.
• The bus will depart on time and cannot wait for late arrivals. Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before departure.

Cancellation policy

• From 08:00 (local time) 3 days before the participation date until 08:00 (local time) 2 days before the participation date: 30% of the total booking amount will be charged
• From 08:00 (local time) 2 days before the participation date until 08:00 (local time) 1 day before the participation date: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged
• From 08:00 (local time) 1 day before the participation date until the participation time: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged
• Cancellation after the tour has started or no-show without prior notice: 100% of the tour fee will be charged
• Changes cannot be made after the booking has been confirmed. If you wish to make changes, please cancel your current booking and make a new booking. Please note that the cancellation policy will still apply in this case

• Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Children aged 0–5 may join the tour free of charge only if they do not occupy a separate seat and sit on the lap of a parent or guardian. If a separate seat is required, please purchase a child ticket for ages 6–12.
