Our family of three had a wonderful experience with our guide, Will, who was very attentive and took great care of us. He organized everything perfectly at each attraction, providing excellent service. The Luge was a lot of fun, and we highly recommend purchasing extra rides. Thanks to Will for taking care of us throughout the trip. He was incredibly thoughtful and responsible, even adding side dishes for us during meals, haha! Definitely recommend him! I highly suggest doing the rail bike an extra time (it's an additional 10,000 Korean Won in cash for one extra ride). We had so much fun, even our 3-year-old loved it! It was a great itinerary.

Thank you very much to tour guide Li for the attentive service. The skyline luge was recommended, and we suggest buying an extra ticket on-site to ride it again. The entire trip was very comfortable and satisfying 👍. The environment and food at the lunch restaurant were both of a very high standard.
