Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Pick-up information

• The operator will contact you via the Messenger app around 21:30 the day before departure to confirm your pick-up time and location. Please check your messages during this period.
• Hotel pick-up and drop-off services are available
• This is a shared transfer and early or late pick-up is possible
• Arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your selected pick up time
• Enter your hotel name and address at the checkout page

Meet-up information

• Make sure to arrive on time
• Arrive at the meet-up location 10 minutes before the scheduled activity time

Eligibility

• Children aged 9+ will be charged the same rate as adults
• Free for children aged 0–4 when sharing a seat with a parent. Attraction or entrance tickets, if required, must be purchased separately by the parents
• Every two paying adults may bring one child aged 0–4 free of charge (shared seat). A child ticket will be required for each additional child
