• Large bags, backpacks, luggage, tripods, and glass bottles are not permitted inside, and as there is no coat check or storage available, guests are advised to leave such items at their accommodation
• All visitors must arrive at the meeting point 10–15 minutes before departure, as late arrivals cannot be accommodated and missed tours or tickets are non-refundable
• Guests using wheelchairs or requiring special assistance due to walking impairments, as well as strollers or baby carriages, cannot be accommodated on our group tours

• The museums, sites, and monuments we visit are among the world’s most popular, so while careful planning helps minimize crowds, some locations may still be busy during standard hours or high season
• The operator will do their best to follow the stated timings and itinerary, but in rare cases, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may require last-minute changes to timings or sites

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
• Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 5 minutes or more
