This was my second time visiting this gallery, and honestly, I'd happily go a third time! I visited on a Sunday, and there were no lines. I think that's thanks to the e-ticket. I first approached the woman outside, who exchanged my e-ticket for a paper one, and everything went quickly and smoothly. I got the audio guide in Russian. It's not super detailed, but it's quite decent. Important note: you need to leave your passport or ID for the audio guide, and they only return it at the end. I didn't know that... luckily, I happened to have my passport with me. It took me exactly 2 hours to visit the entire gallery with a short break and a trip to the restroom. I didn't stop for too long at each painting, so in my opinion, 2 hours is the optimal time. If you want to examine each work carefully, allow 3-4 hours. My impressions are only positive.
Glad that I availed it before the trip coz the queue is really long. You have to look for the guy with a blue coat to hand over the physical ticket as it is needed before you enter the museum.
Very informative and seamless tour. Meet-up point was easy to find and nearby a popular gelato place. I think joining a tour is easier because you can get to straight to the important pieces. After the tour you can stay in the museum to explore more if you like.
It’s one of the oldest museums in the world. It’s honestly so big, and we are almost exhausted. However, seeing the Caravaggio and Botticelli in real life makes it worth the visit. Buying from Klook also makes you skip all the queues and save time.
A precious collection of world’s famous art masterpieces. this skip the line pass is essential otherwise needs to wait in long queue!
immersive experience, the POPGuide app is useful in providing the background of the artwork, and you can do the walk at your own pace
Tickets were easy to collect and it s a bonus you can get the free cancellation unlike when booking direct. But I don’t advise getting the phone audio guide — get the regular tickets and then buy the physical audio guide for 6 euros when you go in. As the tickets are for 3:30 (the ones we bought) it actually for 3:15-3:30 entry which is why they ask you arrive 15 minutes early for collection. By the time we got the tickets the line was basically done entering and we breezed in.
This was very good. host was really lovely and very insightful and there are a lot of paintings and statues everywhere. I also need more Klook cash so this is my review to get more. Yayyyyyy.
