- Tours operate rain or shine. Short rain showers are common in Thailand and usually pass quickly. In the event of heavy rain, the tour may be temporarily paused and resumed once weather conditions improve. Bringing a raincoat or poncho during the rainy season is recommended. Cancellations due to weather conditions are non-refundable
- Arrival at the meeting point before the scheduled departure time is required. As this is a group tour, a maximum waiting time of 10 minutes will be allowed after the scheduled meeting time. The tour will depart once the grace period has ended. Requests for rescheduling are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. No refunds will be provided for late arrivals or missed tours
- Please dress respectfully when you visit any temple. Make sure your shoulders are covered (no sleeveless tops, tank tops, or spaghetti straps). Skirts and shorts are permitted at least knee-length

- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
- Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 10 minutes or more
Booking changes policy
- Change are allowed until 1 day(s) before activity starts
- The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
- The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
- Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
