• Final decisions about canceling the trip due to extreme weather will be made on the day of the trip. If the trip is cancelled due to weather problems, you will be refunded in full.

• We cannot offer refunds for late cancellations. If the trip is cancelled due to personal factors of the passengers, the fee will not be refunded.
• Lunch is not included in this tour. We recommend bringing your own lunch or dining at a restaurant recommended by the tour guide. The souvenirs introduced during the tour, Korean seaweed, can be purchased after the tour ends (optional).
• Passengers are advised to purchase accident insurance of their own.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
• Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
• The activity will be rescheduled if there is not a minimum of 8 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund

Eligibility

• This activity has no age limit
• Free for children aged 0-2 as long as they will not occupy separate seats
• Children under 3 years (36 months) old can join for free and sit on a parent's lap. Please include a note when booking, and allow us to verify the child's age when boarding. Otherwise, KRW 30,000/child will be charged.
