A very pleasant day! Led by our tour guide, Mr. Joe Park, the tour bus smoothly transported us from downtown Seoul to our destination! It was drizzling and overcast early that morning, but fortunately, there wasn't much traffic 🙏🏻 The day before the tour, he had tour members join a WhatsApp group where all itinerary details were clearly shared with text and photos! Since it was free time after getting off the bus, we could contact him at any time, which gave us great peace of mind 🙏🏻 When taking the cable car up the mountain, it was still overcast, but the scenery was still very beautiful 🤩 Fortunately, by the time we visited Sinheungsa Temple and the park in the afternoon, the weather cooperated, bringing sunshine and blue skies. The photos we took turned out as beautiful as postcards 🏞️ We had an absolute blast 🥰 Thank you 🍀🙏🏻
The tour was amazing; Seoraksan Park is breathtaking. During the tour, we had five hours of free time to do whatever we wanted, giving us the opportunity to explore at our own pace. Joe explained everything very clearly and was very friendly
The autumn foilage at Mt. Seorak was very beautiful. We were fortunate to have a bright sunny day. Our guide Yamy was very professional and she helped us to secure the cable car tickets in advance so that we could go up the mountain early. The driver was also very good as he drove us back to Seoul city according to schedule despite the heavy traffic. We really enjoyed our trip to Mt Seorak.
it was a perfect day with beautiful fall colors. Rose was a great guide and tried her best to make sure the trip was as smooth as possible for everyone. There was ample time to hike for a few hours up the mountain.
My wife and I did this tour in mid October 2026. We did Singehusan Temple and the trail to the Yukdam and Biryong falls. We loved it! I appreciate it that we were given three pickup points to choose from. The bus was on time, and I was impressed that our guide CK was trilingual (he speaks Korean, Chinese, and English). I also like it that he basically let us do whatever we wanted for 5 hours when we got to the park. I really enjoyed the giant Buddha, the tranquil Singheusam temple surrounded by beautiful mountains, and the lovely trek up to Biryong falls. We had lunch in one of the park's many restaurants. The only thing I didn't like about the tour was that our bus' aircon stopped working many times.
Had such a great day exploring Seoraksan! Our tour leader YAMY was super friendly, organized, and made everything run so smoothly. They gave us just the right amount of information and free time to enjoy the scenery. The trip was well-paced and stress-free — I really appreciated their patience and cheerful attitude throughout the day. Thank you for making this Seoraksan day tour such a wonderful experience!
we had a smooth drive to the places we went to. Our guide Noel was helpful in giving us tips on where to eat and what to do. He was patient with the group. He had a good grasp of the places we went to and gave us a brief background ot.the sites included in the tour. the sights were good. We love Sokcho beach and enjoyed eating day crabs in the tourist market. We had a taste of foot spa before going to Mt. Seoraksan. it was a day well-spent. Thank you Noel for taking care of us.
I recently went on a very charming and well-organized tour of Sokcho Beach and Seoraksan National Park. Everything was on time and according to plan, which made for a stress-free experience. Our guide, Austin, took great care of us and led us through some truly beautiful locations. The tour began at Sokcho Beach, a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the seaside atmosphere. Afterward, we visited the impressive fish market, which was a delightful adventure. We then enjoyed a soothing experience where we could soak our feet, a nice touch to the tour. The highlight was the visit to Seoraksan National Park. It’s important to wear comfortable shoes here, as the rocky terrain can be slippery. The views were breathtaking, and we had the opportunity to take a cable car up Seorak Mountain, which offered stunning panoramas. Overall, it was a fantastic trip, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to explore these beautiful areas.
We were added into a WhatsApp group the day before the tour with a lot of information on the meet-up point. Peter Park (our friendly neighbourhood guide) was a great guide and he even gave a tour around the temple and we learned so much. Mount Seorak in the autumn is amazing. Overall a great experience!
I liked everything very much. A small group, a picturesque route (both the sea and the mountains). Don't forget to take swimming trunks (unfortunately I forgot and didn't swim). I won't say anything about the mountains, you have to see it for yourself. Even the hot spring turned out to be quite interesting - first you warm your feet in one place, then in another you walk on stones in cold water, it's good for your feet.
Good to know
