• Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes early. The bus will depart on time and will not wait for latecomers. Late arrivals will be considered a No-show, and no refunds will be given, nor will it be possible to join the tour midway. Please be aware of this.
• The scheduled tour route may be subject to change or cancellation due to traffic conditions and congestion on the day.
• Vehicle type: Vehicles are dispatched according to the number of people. When a small group travels, a driver who also serves as an accompanying staff member will provide full travel services, and no additional tour leader will be assigned. Please be aware of this.
• Due to limited space in the luggage storage compartment, if you are carrying large luggage, please inform us in the remarks section. Your cooperation is appreciated.
• Infants and toddlers: Free for children under 3 years old. One adult may only bring one infant or toddler under 3 years old who does not occupy a seat. Meals and attraction tickets are not provided. A child fee will be charged for occupying a seat, please be aware. If you are traveling with an infant or toddler under 3 years old, please make a note in the remarks section.
• The ripening period of fruits can vary due to weather, and it is also possible to consume fruits that have been picked in advance.
• Tottori Sand Dunes Friendly reminder: The sand is very hot in summer, so it is recommended to wear comfortable shoes. When it's windy, hats can easily be blown away, so please hold onto them tightly.

• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
