• Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes early. The bus will depart on time and will not wait for latecomers. Late arrivals will be considered a No-show, and no refunds will be given, nor will it be possible to join the tour midway. Please be aware of this.
• The scheduled tour route may be subject to change or cancellation due to traffic conditions and congestion on the day.
• Vehicle type: Vehicles are dispatched according to the number of people. When a small group travels, a driver who also serves as an accompanying staff member will provide full travel services, and no additional tour leader will be assigned. Please be aware of this.
• Due to limited space in the luggage storage compartment, if you are carrying large luggage, please inform us in the remarks section. Your cooperation is appreciated.
• Infants and toddlers: Free for children under 3 years old. One adult may only bring one infant or toddler under 3 years old who does not occupy a seat. • The ripening period of fruits can vary due to weather, and it is also possible to consume fruits that have been picked in advance.
• Tottori Sand Dunes Friendly reminder: The sand is very hot in summer, so it is recommended to wear comfortable shoes. When it's windy, hats can easily be blown away, so please hold onto them tightly.
