The redemption is just simple, show the staff at the stop and you can go to the bus. The bus stop is easy to find... but it is NOT "at" the main entrance of Sungei Wang Plaza - it is actually outside the main entrance. I'd say the Betu Cave is one of the must-go's for KL sightseeing. I booked the 10:00am slot, the bus left on time and there was not too much traffic we actually arrived Betu Cave about 10:25am - pretty earlier than schedule. The bus stopped at the carpark and would take us back at 12:00nn - need to mentioned, the driver is very friendly :) Honestly - 1.5 hour may not be enough to tour around both the Cave and the grand statue stairs area....... However, the ride has been great!
Hassle free transaction! The bus arrives and leaves on time. I think Klook need to replace the bus because it's a bit old and the aircon was not working properly so we're not comfortable inside the bus.
easy redeem just show QR code at hop counter Bukit Bintang, staff very nice, driver on time at 10:00 am. thanks KLOOK for special price.
Very convenient, as I was living near the pick up point. I know many people complain that getting to Batu caves is not that easy, so I was happy to use this chance. Bus was a bit shabby and smelly though.
Was great, though I found out you could also take the MTR to see the caves as well. Depends on how much you want to spend and time.
Not a tour but a nice transfer bus to the Batu caves. The driver was kind and traffic wasn't bad. Also, there is plenty of time to see everything within the 2 hours.
cheap prices and nice ... if you go back to malaysia again you will use this transport again from klook because just show the barcode directly from the cellphone
tickets can be exchanged easily. the trip feels more fun sitting on the bench while there is a breeze.
actually is not an activity is just a transfer by bus with any else, anyway if you want to visit Batu cave by yourself, I guess, is the best deal but don’t aspects any guide or so...
