Cebu Smile Hopping Tour by Rakso Travel

The whole trip was organized very well. The staff were incredibly helpful and looked after each of us with great care. Each of us (tourists) were assigned a tour guide hence even though it was a group tour, it felt like a customized tour. My tour guide (San) was incredibly kind and friendly - I am grateful for his assistance. All the staff provided almost a customized service to all the tourists. The food was delicious and was served on the white sandy beach of the Pandanon Island. We did fishing on the boat as well and did a lot of snorkelling for almost 2 hours. Post snorkelling they served us hot ramen which was incredibly considerate of them. Overall an awesome experience and totally worth the price. Only one critique to the team - The staff was using single use plastics for providing drinking water however many a times they were throwing the used plastic bottles in the ocean. Just a humble request to not pollute our beautiful oceans.

This is so worth it!!! We enjoyed all the activities from visiting a beautiful island called Pandanon, we also got to snorkel and even try fishing. All the guides are easy to communicate with and are very comfortable to talk to. Lots of thanks to Ipoy ‘cause he did not leave our side and guided us well during the trip. ☺️

A really fun and great day with multiple snorkeling spots, beach activities and even some fishing. I head a great day and the life guard Ariel did an outstanding job making sure I can fully enjoy the tour.

It stared rocky because of waiting time and booking issues of another participant. But the service the boat crew provided was exceptional. our driver for pickup was on time. Judy was informative. Our guode Rex was accomodating. I have friends from Cebu who didn't even know about these trips. the snorkeling experience was amazing. Pandanon island was breath taking. Though it was cloudy, we were still able to enjoy. This is a great day trip in Cebu.

The big boat went out to sea, and it didn't shake much. The tour guide service was very good. Before snorkeling, he would take the initiative to help guests wash the snorkeling goggles and add anti-fog agent for anti-fog treatment. The meals were very rich, and drinks and beer were free to drink. After the last snorkeling, there were instant noodles to eat. It was worth the money.

My husband and I recently went on an island hopping trip, and we had a lovely time! The entire experience was made even better by the friendly and accommodating staff. A special shoutout to Kuya Epoy, who did an amazing job assisting us throughout the journey. He was always attentive and ensured we felt safe and comfortable at all times. The islands were breathtaking, and the overall atmosphere was incredibly enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this trip to anyone looking for a fun and memorable adventure. We had a great time from this tour. Judy and her team are excellent in serving 18 customers on board. We love also the equipments for snorkeling are new and well sanitary. The crew staffs work so hard to entertain the children and making sure everyone is safe. We are so surprised with a well prepare lunch and the food are delicious. I will sure recommend this tour to my family and friends. Only note here that has nothing to do with the crew staff is the launch port was full with seaweed at the first glance it looks so dirty but after passing that seaweed the water is clear and that ease my worries. Overall it was a great tour and a big Thanks to Judy and her staffs!

We booked this trip on 31 oct. It was very good. The lunch provided was very sumptious and offered korean dishes. Drinks are free on board. Snorkeling was good. Would be better if have longer time. They were kind enough to give us a bowl of warm noodles soup after the last swim. And towels were provided which is a plus plus. Downside is no shower after tat, only change of clothes. Overall it is recommended to do this trip in cebu.

The shipping company employees are enthusiastic and have a good service attitude. The lunch menu is rich and the overall itinerary is smooth, highly recommended.
