• Infants and toddlers aged 0-2 years are not recommended to participate. If participation is necessary, please inform us by email in advance. In cases where there is no prior notification and insufficient space, the driver reserves the right to refuse carriage. Infants and toddlers will be counted as passengers and charged the same price as adults. Please make a note when placing your order. Additionally, seniors aged 65 (inclusive) and above must ensure they are in good health suitable for travel and be accompanied throughout the trip by a family member or friend aged 22 or older.

1. Passengers suffering from the following conditions or who are otherwise unsuitable for excessive stimulation are prohibited from participating in this activity: high blood pressure, heart disease, acrophobia, asthma, epilepsy, and pregnant women. If you conceal your condition and register, you will be solely responsible for the consequences.
2. If participating in a group tour, customers on this itinerary must strictly adhere to the designated停留时间 (stay time) at each attraction and follow the arrangements of the driver-guide. If the time is not adhered to, the guide will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, you will need to proceed to the next attraction for集合 (assembly) on your own.
3. Please note that no refunds will be given for non-participation or interruption of the itinerary due to personal reasons, lateness, etc. If you leave the group during the itinerary, no fees will be refunded. Furthermore, if this results in personal or property safety issues, you will be solely responsible for the consequences.
4. If you are carrying large luggage, please inform us when making your reservation. During the trip, please carry your passport and valuables with you and keep them safe. You will be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage. Sealed light snacks or unopened beverages may be brought on board, but eating is prohibited inside the bus. Please note that if any stains are caused inside the vehicle, you will be required to compensate according to local cleaning standards. Thank you for your understanding.
5. Due to traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowd impact on the day, the arrival time of each itinerary may change, and the order of itineraries may also be swapped. As per Japanese regulations, vehicle usage cannot exceed 10 hours. In case of traffic jams due to public holidays or force majeure, the itinerary may be delayed, canceled, or the time spent at attractions may be shortened or the number of attractions reduced. We ask for your understanding and that this cannot be used as a reason to request a refund or leave a negative review.
6. The driver will recommend lunch and local Japanese specialties, including local characteristic catering, ice cream, horse oil, and other products. There is no forced consumption.
7. Traffic congestion is expected on holidays, weekends, or Japanese national holidays. This may lead to delays of 2 to 5 hours, so it is recommended that you flexibly adjust your nighttime itinerary.
8. The day tour itinerary does not include personal travel insurance or personal accident insurance. If needed, please purchase it yourself. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports involve specific risks and dangers; please assess your health and abilities. Our company is not responsible for any personal injury or harm caused by accidents or unforeseen factors. We appreciate your understanding.
9. The private group charter car usage time is 10 hours. Overtime fees apply for exceeding this limit, at 5000 Japanese Yen per hour, to be paid directly to the driver on the same day.
10. We will send you guide and meeting information via email between 15:00-19:00 on the day before your trip. Please check your email! Sometimes emails may be mistakenly identified as spam, so please check your spam folder. Thank you.
11. For friends using LINE, due to LINE's regional restrictions, the tour guide cannot directly add you as a friend via your LINE number the day before the trip. 12. PS: The cherry blossom season and maple leaf season are estimated references. Floral vegetation is affected by natural climate and will bloom in batches gradually.
