I'm very satisfied with this hotel! This new international five-star hotel offers an attractive price, including breakfast for two and two business set meals. The hotel lobby has an elegant feel, and the room, at over 400 square feet, is quite spacious! The room's facilities are quite modern and very clean. The breakfast offers a wide variety of food. The location is convenient, as the hotel is about an 8-10 minute walk from Gongbei Port, and it only takes about 12-15 minutes to call a car to the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. Shopping is also very convenient downstairs; a new large shopping mall called 'Guanghehui' opened next to the hotel on May 30th, offering a wide selection of restaurants and shops. The hotel staff are friendly and polite!

The hotel just opened four months ago for its trial run. The location is very convenient, with free parking. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, clean, and odor-free. The view is excellent, and it's very close to the Guanghehui shopping mall, making shopping very convenient. The breakfast is plentiful, the dining area is spacious, and the view is beautiful. This was my first time visiting Gongbei, and the hotel room was new, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The city view twin room offered a beautiful sunset view, which was great! The heated pool was also nice, and the breakfast had a good variety and quality, with six to seven types of fruit, which was excellent. What I appreciated most was the special dessert, made fresh to order – it was delicious! It would be even better if the restaurant's air conditioning were a bit stronger. The hotel is a five to ten-minute walk from Gongbei Port, making it convenient for a trip to Macau.

Staying at the Hyatt Centric Gongbei again, the experience was just as exceptional as last time, with even more delightful surprises. Cynthia at the front desk was efficient, attentive, friendly, and thoughtful. This time, we booked our stay through two different platforms: the first night was a Grand Club package, and the second night was a standard room. Cynthia thoughtfully arranged for us to stay in the same Grand Club room for both nights and even upgraded us to an ocean-view room. This made things much more convenient and gave us a better stay experience—truly, thank you so much. The guest room was very spacious and impeccably clean. Sun Guangli, the housekeeper responsible for the Grand Club floor, was warm and polite. She proactively greeted guests when they headed out in the morning, stood by attentively to look out for guests' needs, and cleaned the sink and toilet with meticulous care. Her hygiene awareness was also top-notch! The hotel always makes you feel right at home. When taking a taxi from the port to the hotel, there are attendants to help with luggage. Special thanks to Cryin Zhang for the warm reception; every time we headed out by taxi, she would help close the car door. Knowing that we were planning to take a taxi back to the port, she even waited specifically at the side door for the vehicle to arrive and assisted with loading the luggage, making our travel much more convenient and comfortable! We enjoyed the Grand Club privileges this time. The food tasted good, though the selection was a bit too limited. The environment is comfortable, perfect for a few friends to chat over coffee. Breakfast was satisfying as always; the chefs and servers had a friendly attitude, and the dining area was spacious and hygienic. Overall, the hotel performed brilliantly in every aspect, and we will definitely stay here again!

The hotel has been open for a few months. The Guanghehui shopping mall downstairs is very large with many restaurants and shops, and there's also a Hema Fresh supermarket. It's super close to the Gongbei Port. I appreciate that the rooms are spacious and have bathtubs. There's a gym and a swimming pool on the 15th floor, and the reception lobby is on the 16th floor. The breakfast is also quite good. For around 700 yuan, this price is definitely worth it!

The hotel recently opened, and the rooms are clean and very new, though there's still a slight smell of renovation. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes. The hotel's pastry shop makes delicious cakes, and the afternoon tea set is very affordable. The restaurant is perfect for photos. We were celebrating our anniversary, and they prepared a cake for us, which was lovely. All the hotel staff were polite and attentive, except for the employee who handled our check-in. She was unprofessional and didn't smile. We had originally booked two rooms, and by 3 PM, only one was ready. We proactively left our WeChat contact and asked her to notify us when the other room was available. However, after waiting for 1 hour and 45 minutes, around 4:45 PM, we still hadn't heard anything. We went back to the front desk to inquire and were then told that the room was ready. The front desk staff member was very unprofessional and handled the situation poorly.

The 'Northbound Travel for Hong Kong Vehicles' scheme makes it very close to the border. This brand-new 2026 hotel is, of course, exceptionally clean and features a swimming pool and a gym. The Klook package includes breakfast for two, and children require an additional RMB 78. The breakfast is a must-try! On-site parking and EV charging are available downstairs, making it extremely convenient.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a shopping mall, and it's very close to the Gongbei Port for Macau. However, the swimming pool is quite small. The Chinese dinner offers a good variety of dishes, and the food quality is decent. When booking, despite multiple communications with the hotel through your platform: 1) We requested a high-floor, non-smoking room, but the hotel could only provide a mid-level room on the 18th floor (which can't really be considered mid-level, as guest rooms start from the 16th floor). 2) We booked a twin room for three people, so we paid extra for an additional bed for both days. However, many toiletries and beverages were only provided for two people (such as water, tea bags, coffee capsules, coffee cups, water glasses, toothpaste, toothbrushes, towels, etc.). I had to call the hotel myself to request these items be delivered to my room. On the second day, after housekeeping, I expected them to replenish enough daily necessities and beverages, but again, only a two-person quantity was provided. I had to call the hotel again to request the missing items. 3) The non-smoking room requested during booking still had a strong smell of smoke, requiring the hotel to provide an air purifier for the room.

This is my fourth stay at this hotel this year. The location is perfect for massages, manicures, and facials, and the mall downstairs has everything for shopping. The hotel is new, and Klook upgraded me to a sea-view room, which is spacious and very comfortable with a bathtub. There's also an indoor pool, making it ideal for relaxation. The all-you-can-eat dinner has many delicious options, including half a lobster and a pigeon for each person, plus unlimited beer and soda. Breakfast is just average, and the staff service is okay. It's still worth coming here for a vacation every month.
