【Marriott Group】Renaissance Zhuhai Hotel Accommodation Package | Lavish Buffet Dinner

This is my second time at this hotel, mainly because I was most attracted to the large, comfortable, temperature-controlled swimming pool last time. It only costs 18 yuan to take a Didi from the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge. There's also a shopping mall downstairs. This time I tried the buffet dinner, which was very rich and included lobster and hot pot. You can drink unlimited beer, soda, red wine, and white wine. There's also a children's playground, which is suitable for bringing children to play. The hotel room overlooks a beautiful river view. I will definitely come again next time.

First, I'd like to thank the KLOOK customer service team. When I made the reservation, I mentioned it was for a birthday celebration, and they helped inform the hotel. However, when we checked in, the hotel front desk staff didn't mention anything and lacked professionalism. When I contacted KLOOK customer service again about the issue, they immediately helped me re-contact the hotel to arrange a cake. The hotel room was comfortable and spacious. Unfortunately, the dinner buffet had limited choices, especially for desserts, but the homemade ice cream exceeded expectations and was delicious. The breakfast buffet in the morning offered a wide variety of excellent options, especially the egg preparations. The hotel's third floor provides direct access to the mall, which is very convenient.

It costs more than 20 dollars to take Didi from the port to the hotel. The room is spacious and has a bathtub, but it is a building view. There is a shopping mall below, which is very convenient. There is a heated swimming pool, a hot water massage pool and a sauna room, as well as a children's playground. The hotel is large and has complete facilities. In fact, there is a bus to Gongbei Port, which only costs one dollar. The buffet breakfast is average and the taste is relatively light. The overall vacation is very good. I will go there a second time

The waitstaff were attentive and polite, the restaurant environment was spacious and comfortable with beautiful views, and the rooms were large. The city view room overlooking the park was also quite nice. However, the hot pot at the buffet didn't have enough heat, so it took a while for the food to cook, which wasn't ideal. There weren't many dessert options, but the breakfast food was surprisingly good, with more dessert pastries available at breakfast. We stayed last night to celebrate a birthday, but unfortunately, the cake wasn't delivered until 9:50 PM, which was too late. Since we also had breakfast the next morning, we didn't eat it and had to ask the server to take the cake back from the refrigerator.

The hotel is located above the large shopping mall Huanyu City, which is very convenient for eating, drinking and having fun. The front desk clerk Cristal is professional and polite, with a smile, which makes guests feel at ease and reassured; the room is large and the facilities are also new and clean.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, with an indoor heated swimming pool and a family activity area, making it convenient for those traveling with children. The breakfast and dinner buffets were decent. We were originally supposed to receive one lobster per person, but at 7:00 PM, they announced they had run out and offered large shrimp and foie gras toast as substitutes. The variety of food wasn't particularly extensive.

The hotel staff were very friendly. The package included a buffet that was canceled due to the typhoon, but Klook handled it quickly. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices and was very plentiful. I would choose this hotel again next time.

I notified the hotel in advance to celebrate my birthday. The hotel gave me cheese cake 🎂 and birthday decorations 👍. All the staff were very polite. The room was large and clean. The breakfast was rich. There was a shopping mall downstairs, which was very convenient. This hotel is the first choice for visiting Zhuhai 👍👍👍

The hotel is new, the service is good, and it offers great value for money. It's located near the river, with distant views of Macau, and provides free parking. The breakfast buffet is extensive, and the dinner buffet is also very rich, featuring lobster.

Stayed for 2 nights with my parents. Upon entering the room, my parents were initially very satisfied. However, when they took a shower later, they discovered that the water wouldn't drain, and it leaked onto the bathroom floor. They didn't dare finish showering and immediately asked the front desk to send maintenance staff to clear the drain, but it was still clogged. In the end, they had to change rooms. The baggage handling staff was very helpful in assisting my parents with moving their scattered luggage to the new room, so they weren't too inconvenienced. Thankfully, the whole process was relatively quick.
