Fantastic 5.0

This was a very satisfying trip. All the included attractions were outside the city, which would have been inconvenient to visit on our own, so joining a one-day tour was perfect. The driver picking us up and dropping us off at the hotel was very convenient. Our tour guide, Xiao Mei, provided excellent service; she was very polite and patient. Thumbs up to Xiao Mei! 👍 The restaurant at the floating market was also very good, with great food. We had a very enjoyable day!

Highly recommend tour guide Xiao Bei! Her meticulous attention to detail made us feel completely at ease throughout the entire trip. She handled everything perfectly, from managing our time and providing explanations to dealing with unexpected situations. She even took countless beautiful photos for us along the way. We were laughing non-stop today, and our whole group felt Xiao Bei's dedication. Thank you for giving us a perfect day!

The 15-seater vehicle was completely packed with 12 guests plus the driver and tour guide. Our knees were pressed directly against the seat in front of us. The seats didn't have headrests, making them worse than a public bus, and long journeys were truly uncomfortable. The tour guide kept saying he would report it to the company, but I'm not sure what good that will do. I hope Klook can ask its partner suppliers to pay more attention to quality.

Our tour guide, Ah Zhong, was incredibly enthusiastic and patient. He took great care of us throughout the trip and spoke excellent Chinese. He definitely deserves a five-star recommendation!
