Da Nang International Airport from/to Hoi An Shuttle Bus by G8 Open Tour

The bus was clean and modern. We departed on time as well. Only draw back is that from Hoi An you get dropped at their office in Da Nang first, then transferred to a van to get to the airport. The trip took almost an hour and a half so better book an earlier trip if you’re catching a flight. All else was superb!

i was late because of my flight's delay but the driver is waiting for me. I was the only one who ride the shuttle (maybe because i was late, the other depart first) but they still send me on my way. Thank you so much!

Fantastic! My hotel is on the Thu Bon River. The driver first picked me up at the airport in a minivan and took me to the Da Nang G8 station. Then, I took a bus to Hoi An Street, and they even arranged a free taxi to take me to my hotel. The service was excellent, and the seats were very comfortable.

This service is so unreliable, I wouldn't even give it one star. I didn't want to register for WhatsApp or similar apps, but there was no other way to book, so I went ahead and made a reservation. I received communication via the app, and we exchanged flight numbers and estimated arrival times. It was good that I could communicate and they offered to pick me up quickly since I booked with plenty of time. However, they suddenly canceled, saying they couldn't make it at the reserved time. The reason given was weather, but it wasn't raining. When I complained to Klook, they suddenly said they could come at 9 AM. What's going on? I'm done with this service. And I still haven't received my refund.

I had booked a transfer from Da Nang International Airport to Hoi An. About two hours before the scheduled time, I received an email asking if I could come to their office. As a visitor, I had no idea where this office was, so I replied that I had booked a pickup from the airport and couldn't go to an unfamiliar location at that point. They then responded that an employee would pick me up at the airport and take me to the office. I was picked up slightly after the scheduled time, but instead of the office being near the airport as I expected, it took about 15 minutes by car from the airport, which is close to the coast. I was astonished again that they had asked me to come all the way to such a place. When I asked a female employee at the office about the situation, she acted as if she knew nothing. Eventually, the bus arrived at the office just before 2 PM. There were about 20 passengers, and I skeptically asked the employee if they would drop us off at our hotels, to which they replied yes. However, the drop-off point in Hoi An was in front of the G8 Open Tour office, far from the Old Town, requiring about a 30-minute walk to the city center. Why then did they ask for my hotel name when I made the reservation? At the very least, they should make the drop-off point closer to the city center. The web booking page clearly stated that they would drop off at the hotel. This tour company is completely untrustworthy in every aspect. Although I frequently visit Hoi An, I will never use this company again.

This experience was terrible. I arrived at Da Nang Airport and waited for the pickup time, but no one came. I checked my email and saw a message that said: "Today you book the bus to Hoi An at 15:50 But the bus don't available at time Can you go later at 17:00, please ? And you will wait at my office Please confirm for me." There was no office address or details on how to get to the office, which was very frustrating. In the end, I took a taxi to the office and boarded the bus, but the scheduled pickup time was 3:25 PM, and I didn't get on the bus until 5:40 PM. Since my stay in Hoi An was only one night, this wasted valuable time. I would like a refund.

The G9 van was 55 minutes late. I called at least 5 times. The van transported me from the airport to the office in Da Nang, then with a tour group to the G8 office in Hoi An. Finally, I was taken to the hotel by a small bus. The total travel time from Da Nang airport was more than 3.5 hours. This is truly absurd. The price is low, but the travel time is too long. A normal taxi would take less than 60 minutes. I would like compensation, so please refund €5. Regards, Henk van der Hoek
