Pool was nice, however the resort is in need of some maintenance. There is also a pool bar, but no staff present for most of the day (only after around 15:30). Very strange, as there are many staff members just wandering around or on their phones all day, except at the pool bar. There is no menu displayed anywhere (neither physical nor online), which makes it quite hard to know what they offer. Felt still a bit strange for a 5* resort. From 16:00 onwards, the pool filled with a lot of kids, so we left. It’s certainly an ok experience for a relax day, but be aware of the lack of service.
