The decoration of the store is also quite cute and beautiful, but the Yongkang store with the best equipment has fallen down, and the service attitude is good; however, the Yongkang store arranges guests among Japanese and Korean tourists during the new coronavirus period, and it is a shortcoming for the overall situation. The price is also high.

I went to the store to redeem on the last day before the Yongkang store closed. The food was good, but I was a bit dissatisfied with the service of Klook. I first asked Klook as early as 12/13 whether there would be supporting measures. After all, the exchange time was until 3/31, but I couldn’t wait for a positive response. On the day when the business closed on 12/31, Klook suggested that I rush to redeem today. However, after I went to the store, the clerk explained to me that they would transfer the remaining orders to the Ximen store without worrying about not being exchanged. The store is very considerate to provide our consumers with supporting measures, which can be exchanged at the Ximen store, but Klook did not provide us with this information. I am very disappointed, especially since I have been receiving enquiries (8 letters before and after).
