How to use
Pick-up information
- Hotel pick-up and drop-off services are available
- The operator will contact you via the Messenger app around 21:30 the day before departure to confirm your pick-up time and location. Please check your messages during this period.
- This is a shared transfer and early or late pick-up is possible
- Arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your selected pick up time
- Enter your hotel name and address at the checkout page
Meet-up information
- The operator will contact you via the Messenger app around 21:30 the day before departure to confirm your meet-up time and location. Please check your messages during this period.
- Make sure to arrive on time
- Arrive at the meet-up location 10 minutes before the scheduled activity time
- Latecomers or no-shows can't be refunded
