I had a mistake in going to the wrong branch in Taipei. The kind lady crew there showed me how to get here in Cha Ya. It was only about 15 mins before our scheduled reservation and the lady said not to worry because she will call the other branch. We got there 20 mins late and the lady crew who accommodated was so pleasant that she had our walk to our table already knowing the situation. The place was so nice. At first I thought the set meal was pricey but my mind changed when they had served the food and tasted it. It was really worth your money. It was a great experience. All the staff there are so kind. Thank you. You made my visit so enjoyable.

Great value and very user friendly deal with Klook. The restaurant makes the voucher very easy to utilize and there was more than enough food for us all. We all had something different from the menu and the quality of the food is well worth it. Great for families with kids or anyone who is a Rilakkuma fan!

Very cute cafe. The meal portion was very filling! The mille crepe slice was larger than expected and not too sweet.

The meals are cute but common (kids think that the South Asian fried chicken is not tasty), the environment is too crowded, the air conditioning is not adjusted, and it is stuffy ... just a row of seats, wait for the waiter and water for half a day, price It's too high, and the restaurant's interior has no theme. The food is good. A lot of cute themes are very suitable for taking a picture. The reason is that the price on klook is 671. The sum of the on-site package content plus 10% service fee is still less than 671. I do n’t understand the logic of this pricing
