■ Plan Details 【Experience Contents】

• Ogoma Fire Ritual: Participate in the sacred fire prayer and offer your wishes to the deity alongside the monks.
• Goma-fuda (Sacred Talisman): You will be presented with a consecrated wooden talisman. Please display it in your home for blessings and protection.
• Sound Talisman (Oto-fuda): As a special souvenir, you will receive an amulet with a QR code. Simply scan it to listen to the powerful sounds of Mt. Takao, including the chanting of the Ogoma ritual, anytime you like.

【Duration】

• Ogoma Ritual: Approx. 30 minutes
• Shojin Ryori (Buddhist Vegetarian Cuisine): Approx. 60 minutes

• An exclusive audio guide providing a detailed explanation of the Ogoma Fire Ritual at Mt. Takao Yakuoin is available. We recommend listening to it before the ritual to enrich your spiritual experience.

Please complete your registration at the Goma reception desk 30 minutes before the start time of the Goma ceremony. At the reception, you will be asked to fill out an application form with your wishes, etc.

Types of Wishes: Family Safety, Business Prosperity, Success in Enterprise, Personal Safety, Removal of Misfortune, Warding off Evil, Good Health, Recovery from Illness, Good Fortune, Matchmaking (Finding Love), Safe Childbirth, Academic Success, Fulfillment of Heart’s Desire, Expression of Gratitude, Safety in Construction, Traffic Safety, Success in Employment, Happiness and Longevity, etc.

【Flow of the Day】

• Check-in (30 minutes before the ritual): Please complete your check-in at the Ogoma Reception Desk. You will be asked to fill out an application form with your specific prayer or wish.
• Enter the Great Main Hall (15 minutes before the ritual): Please take your seat inside the hall.
• Entering the Inner Sanctuary: During the ceremony, you will be invited to enter the Inner Sanctuary (Naijin) upon guidance. Please walk in a clockwise direction and return to your original seat.
• Receiving the Prayer Plaque: At the end of the ritual, you will receive your "Goma-fuda" (wooden prayer plaque). Please take it home and display it in a respectful place.

• This voucher cannot be used along with other coupons
• Please refrain from bringing pets. (Guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs are exceptions.)
• Shoes are prohibited inside the hall. No eating or drinking is allowed.
• Please set mobile phones to silent mode. Photography, video recording, and phone calls are strictly prohibited.
• Please understand that it is not possible to leave your luggage
• Please refrain from bringing outside food or drinks.
• The bringing of glass bottles or cans is strictly prohibited.
• Do not touch the altars or Buddhist ritual objects.
• Audio guides may not be used during the ceremony.

Ritual Schedule: AM: 9:30, 11:00 / PM: 12:30, 2:00, 3:30 Please ensure check-in is completed 30 minutes prior to the start time. You will be asked to select your wish at the reception; please decide in advance.
