The ordering process and delivery met expectations. The taste wasn't particularly special, but the complimentary Lam Tsuen gift pack was very meaningful. I'm planning to visit Lam Tsuen with my family this weekend. Experience: After placing the order, although the page stated no confirmation was needed, I was still uneasy and confirmed via WhatsApp. The reply was quick. Service: Shun Feng's frozen delivery was used for logistics, and the delivery was on time.

The Poon Choi (basin dish) tasted decent, with up to 20 ingredients, which was quite substantial. Unlike typical versions that use a lot of daikon radish or pork skin as filler, this one didn't. However, it didn't come with the promised good luck charm/Tai Po Lam Tsuen admission ticket. The price wasn't exactly cheap, but for Chinese New Year, if you don't want to eat out or cook a lot, it's worth paying for the convenience.
On the day of delivery, the driver was using a cargo van for deliveries and required pickup at the ground floor of the residential building; door-to-door service was not provided. A "Sunset Dinner for Two" voucher was included with the delivery, redeemable at a restaurant in Causeway Bay.
The delivery was not on time. I selected the 09:00 - 13:00 delivery slot, but it was delayed until 15:45. I only received a phone call on the day of delivery.
The taste is very good. I've tried many Poon Choi, and this one in Lam Tsuen is the best so far.
The Poon Choi is packed with ingredients, tastes just right, and is transported with refrigeration equipment, making it safe and reliable.
Very satisfied with the taste, will order again next year.

Very flavorful 👍 Although the delivery time was scheduled for 0900-1300, it was almost 1300 when it arrived. Because it still needed to be reheated, the whole family was waiting to go out for Chinese New Year visits. This arrangement seems too late!
