Guangzhou Pearl River Cultural Cruise

Additional information

Other Reminders

• Tianzi Wharf Address: No. 200 Yanjiang Middle Road, Zhuguang Street, Yuexiu District, Guangzhou City
• Boat schedule: First session: 11:40; Second session: 14:00; Third session: 16:20 (The above schedules are for reference only; please refer to the actual information announced by the scenic area on the day).
• Please arrive at the pier ticket office 30 minutes in advance (60 minutes in advance during peak summer season and public holidays) to collect your tickets. Present the passenger's valid ID at the Tianzi Pier ticket office to collect tickets. If you are late or do not show up, the boat tickets will not be refunded or changed, and any resulting losses will be borne by the guest.
• Minors cannot board alone and require adult accompaniment.
• Due to limited seating on each cruise ship, tickets can only be used after confirming the departure pier and flight time with the merchant; direct arrival at the site will not be accepted.
• To ensure the safety of you and other visitors, please do not operate a boat under the influence of alcohol or bring pets on board. Thank you for your cooperation!
• Due to the special nature of boat tickets, a successful reservation that locks in a spot is considered a successful purchase. Late arrival or no-show will result in the ticket being directly invalidated.
• Due to factors such as the influence of the Pearl River tides, water levels being too high or too low, and government closures of water areas, the cruise route may be adjusted, but the cruise duration will remain unchanged. If adjustments occur, please cooperate with the pier arrangements.
• If adjustments are made due to actual circumstances such as government requisition or group chartering, customer service will contact you to inform you of the changes. We appreciate your understanding!
