• Please arrive at the pier ticket office 30 minutes in advance (60 minutes in advance during peak summer season and public holidays) to collect your tickets. Present the passenger's valid ID at the Tianzi Pier ticket office to collect tickets. If you are late or do not show up, the boat tickets will not be refunded or changed, and any resulting losses will be borne by the guest.
• Minors cannot board alone and require adult accompaniment.
• Due to limited seating on each cruise ship, tickets can only be used after confirming the departure pier and flight time with the merchant; direct arrival at the site will not be accepted.

Eligibility

• Children under 1.2 meters (excluding 1.2 meters) or under 6 years old (excluding 6 years old) are exempt from tickets (without occupying a seat). One adult can bring 2 children who are exempt from tickets onto the boat.
• Children aged 6 (inclusive) to under 14 years old should purchase a child ticket.
• Ages 14 (inclusive) and above should purchase adult tickets.
