Real-Name Boarding Regulations All passengers must carry valid identification. Each person must use one valid ID to complete real-name ticket collection and boarding. If ticket collection or boarding is not possible due to not carrying a valid ID, the passenger shall bear the related losses and responsibilities.

Arrive at the Pier in Advance for Ticket Collection Please have your relevant documents ready and arrive at the pier at least 30 minutes in advance. During summer, weekends, and public holidays, passenger flow is high, so it is recommended to arrive 45 minutes in advance to avoid delays due to queuing and missing the departure time.
Special Notes Regarding Weather In case of rain, typhoons, tides, or other weather conditions, if no notice of suspension is received from the maritime department, the cruise will operate as scheduled. No refunds will be processed for such situations. Please proceed as planned and on time, otherwise, the ticket will be void. We appreciate your understanding.
Lighting Landscape Remarks The lighting on both banks of the Pearl River is a municipal public facility. The cruise operator is not responsible for lighting adjustments or temporary closures, and therefore will not accept refund applications initiated due to lighting issues. Note: Under normal circumstances, the Canton Tower lights turn off at 23:00, and the building lights on both banks turn off around 22:30.
