initially applied for the 8-hour, but ran out of time so was advised to refund and apply for the 4-hour. person I was in contact with was very helpful and sent responses quite quickly which I believe made a difference. received my e-visa on the same day so am very happy.

had to re-do some things for my visa which slowed the process down and essentially missed out on the 8-hour window (a fault of my own) - was advised to refund and reapply for the 4-hour. refund process was very easy and even heard back from Klook customer service within the span of 2hours.
