- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- Lost, stolen or damaged tickets can't be refunded
- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
Booking changes policy
- Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
- The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
- The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
- Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
How to use
Redemption information
- Redeemed ticket(s) are non-transferable
- Your adventure will be self-guided via WhatsApp. Here's what to do next:
- Arrive at KELE (2 Smith Street, Singapore 058917) within 30 minutes of your selected start time.
- Locate the Start Point QR code outside the shop.
- Choose ONE (1) team representative to scan the QR code. Please ensure that your mobile data or WiFi is turned on.
- Have your Booking reference ID ready.
- During your setup, you’ll get instructions to collect your Utility Bag.
- Once you have redeemed your items, you will be directed to WhatsApp to continue your experience.
