Yogyakarta Timang Beach and Pindul Cave Private Day Tour

Driver Aditya drove us to Timang Beach, Pindul Cave and Pine Forest. For Timang Beach, we transferred to a jeep to the seaside, we paid for the Gondola which was brief but interesting experience you dont get to do elsewhere. The jeep driver took many photos for us and Aditya also accompanied us and always ready to help too. The 2nd stop at Pindul Cave, we were transferred to a pickup. Do bring along a set of swimwear, dry bag (for camera), aqua shoes (there is changing room) because the body will be submerged partially on the tubing float and there is a bit of walking on uneven ground (muddy too if it'd rained) to Oya river after the 1st part at the cave. You may want to bring headlight (the guide has one too) because the cave is dark - recommend to travel light and handsfree for this stop. Unfortunately we didnt get to spend too much time at the last stop ie Pinus Pengger because of the sudden downpour but it was a nice pine forest which has a view of Yogyakarta during good weather.

The tour was really good. Our driver Romy was exceptionally great and went extra mile and helped us to click photos and videos for us. The guide at Pindul Cave and Timang Beach also very friendly and always ready to help. Glad I booked this tour. Overall it was a great and adventurous experience.

When in Jogja, this is also another activity to include in your itinerary. Timang beach is almost 2hrs away from Jogja City depending on where you stay and time. But is definitely worth to visit and go for Gondola and walk on Suspending Bridge with beautiful waves surrounding you. I was very lucky to have the same driver Ali for this experience. Again we are very well taken care of.

We had so much fun plus with our very respectful tour guide, Budi!. We enjoyed the whole trip and never be afraid of the age limit! I went with two oldies (haha) with me and we enjoyed immensely.

Almost 2hour journey from jogja. Change to jeep for another 15minutes. Great spot for snapping pic. Gondola wasn't scary, just 10sec ride. Ate at nearby shop. Afterwards, 1hour plus journey to pindul cave. Calm water tubing around 300 meter. Anyone claustrophobic not advised to join since its pitch dark in the cave. Then move on to pinus forest. Nothng much to do, few spot to snap pic, that's all

the jeep ride to timang beach was rocky but nice. there is a famous lobster restaurant with set lunch available. one needs to buy tickets for the gondola ride or another option is to walk over a bridge pinul cave is beautiful, our guide was good in explaining the details. pine forest was just ok, walk about and take photo. nothing great about it

Thanks for driver(Romy)dedicating himself in taking us to all the places. The lunch was fantastic and absolutely delicious, we having lobsters and some traditional dishes. Timang beach was also interesting. Taking Gondola was a memorable experience ever, which also impressed me by their techniques. Pindul cave showed us the natural view and habitats of bats, which was also giving us great time.

Awesome day out, kids loved the river tubing combined with water jumps. Timang beach is an absolute marvel and an insta paradise. Udik was our driver, on time, reliable and highly informative.

The whole trip was very good. We were the only two participants that day and we did not travel with other tourists. It might be the off-season, so we did not meet too many foreign tourists during the trip. Most of them were locals. The only bad thing for me is that the cable car and bridge fees purchased on site are cheaper than online... Because I have never been there, I thought it was cost-effective to purchase online, but it turned out that the price on site was actually cheaper! ! The money I paid online to cross the bridge was almost enough to take the cable car on site... Then I realized on site that the cable car and the bridge are separate. If my friend and I each choose one, we can't take pictures with each other. At the time, they said that we are from different countries and can't take pictures together. , and I couldn’t exchange them back and forth, so I decided to take the cable car together. It's like I bought one cable car and one bridge online, which was already expensive, but on site I still had to pay an additional 50,000 Indonesian rupiah to ride both cable cars... So I suggest you buy them on site instead of adding them online. purchase! !
