- The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
- The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
- Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
- Free for children with a height of 3ft or below
- Children with a height of 4ft or above will be charged the same rates as adults
- Guests will be asked to deposit their shoes and slippers upon entry, and will be required to wear socks inside the gallery. Kindly note that going barefoot is strictly prohibited
- Camera flash must be turned off to see the full effect of the exhibits
- Pets are not allowed inside the venue
- IMPORTANT: Tickets purchased on Klook cannot be used in conjunction with other promos (e.g. birthday promo)
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue

- By car: (From Makati) Get on Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA) northbound to Cubao, Quezon City. Make your way to Aurora Boulevard then turn into 15th Avenue. 15th Avenue is a one way street from Aurora Boulevard. Continue straight until you can see Art in Island on the right side
- By metro: (From Makati) Make your way to the MRT Line 3 bound for Araneta Center-Cubao. Alight at the Araneta Center-Cubao station and walk along Aurora Boulevard. Turn into 15th Avenue and go straight ahead until you see Art in Island on the right side
