Had a great experience! The van ride was smooth. The driver will drop you off and pick you up at the said locations. Having a private transport is very convenient since going from the outlet park to nabana no sato will be quite a long walk. There is enough time to shop at the outlet park and it is quite relaxing at the illuminations. It was quite crowded at the start of the illuminations since a lot of people line up waiting for the lights to go up at the tunnel of light. Better go directly at the tunnel of light after entering the park to catch a good view of the tunnel of light. The begonia garden was also beautiful and a great place to relax. They also have lights and sounds show in the park.
It is a must-visit for those who love gardens, flowers, and lights. We were lucky to see an alley of sakuras in bloom. It was a cold night at the resort. The food was also great there. You can even have ice cream! The driver was on time and courteous. The ride was comfortable & convenient, and the meeting place was easy to locate.
Excellent tour experience from start to finish! Nabana no Sato was absolutely breathtaking, especially the illuminations at night—they were even more beautiful in person. The schedule was well-paced, giving us enough time to explore, take photos, and really enjoy the place without feeling rushed. Our guide was professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the tour, making everything smooth and well-organized. I also really appreciated how responsive the team was to email inquiries before the trip—they replied clearly and promptly, which gave us peace of mind. Mitsui Outlet was a great stop with plenty of shops, good discounts, and lots of food options. Overall, it was a comfortable, stress-free, and well-managed tour. Highly recommended!
This was a very relaxing trip. Everyone met up and departed around noon, spending most of the afternoon at the outlet mall. We then left for Nabana no Sato at 6 PM. Nabana no Sato is absolutely beautiful; I highly recommend visiting.

The activity schedule was well-organized, and the tour leader was attentive.
I arrived 5 minutes before departure and the tour guide or the assigned vehicle was not there. waited another 20 minutes just to make sure. they did not show up at all. never book this particular tour. im hoping to still get a refund.

[Pre-trip Instructions]
- Please be sure to arrive on time for the meeting: If you do not participate in the itinerary due to personal reasons (such as tardiness/getting lost/physical discomfort, etc.), you will not be refunded. Please note that there will be no refunds.

- Depending on the number of people in the group on the day, a small car model with a driver who also serves as a guide may be used. Please cooperate with the staff throughout the journey (in the case of a small car, you will enjoy a more flexible itinerary rhythm, and the driver will focus on driving, and the explanation content will be relatively brief).
- Each person can bring one piece of luggage free of charge. For extra parts, you can pay 2,000 yen/piece to the driver on the spot. Please be sure to note this when placing your order. If you do not inform us in advance, the tour guide has the right to refuse you to board the bus and the tour fee will not be refunded.
- Registration for seniors over 70 years old and pregnant women: Please request and sign a disclaimer from the staff mailbox jingyu12333@163.com no later than one day before departure, and return it to us after signing to ensure travel safety.

- In order to maintain the cleanliness of the car, please do not eat or drink in the car. If it is soiled, a cleaning fee will be charged according to local standards. Please work together to create a comfortable ride environment.
- If you leave the group on your own/leave the team midway after the itinerary starts, it will be regarded as automatically giving up the service, and no refund will be given. (You will be responsible for safety during the departure period)
