therapist has a rough hand. I don't know what her does but not professional at all. another hand I think she hold her phone. really not satisfied.

Good strength, good technique, and a serious massage.

Were the massage therapists even trained?? My family and I all thought the therapists' techniques were terrible, which indicates a problem with the entire company. They need to make a living, so I don't want to criticize too much, especially since I won't be going back, but I think the company should spend some money to train their massage therapists. Their massage techniques are really no different from what I could do myself... I filled out a lot of information beforehand, but they didn't hit the acupressure points, and the pressure wasn't enough. It's hard to explain the techniques... Is that even considered a massage if you don't know what you're doing??. Out of 6 people who got massages, only two had no complaints; the others all said it was bad! Please evaluate it for yourselves... As for the environment, the air conditioning was a bit cold, and two of the estheticians kept chatting... There's not much else to comment on.

The male masseur pressed too hard and should have asked more often if the pressure was okay. The female masseur just kept touching and feeling around. If I wanted to be touched like that, I could do it myself... I was very angry after the massage.

The location is convenient, but the masseuses' skills are very poor. Please consider this when booking. Other places should be better. Overall, in Nha Trang, the difference between good and bad places is huge!! At least at this location, I felt the masseuses had absolutely no technique.
