The location is absolute winter wonderland. The organiser will get in touch with you to arrange the pick up. Even though driver is delayed, whole experience was worth it. Scenic location and every moment is memorable from cable car ride to experiencing snow ‘rain’!

Came to Xiling Snow Mountain for a day trip with the kids, and they had a blast! Snowmobiles, banana boats, building snowmen – there were so many activities to choose from. The facilities in the scenic area are excellent, and there are hot drinks for sale in the rest area, so it wasn't cold at all. The tour guide followed us the whole time, helping us watch our luggage and take photos. The service was super attentive. We'll definitely come again!

Riding the cable car up the mountain and watching the forest beneath my feet gradually transform into a snowfield felt like stepping into a fairytale world. The ski resort at the summit was super fun, even beginners can easily get the hang of it. The slopes are very friendly, and I didn't want to leave after playing all afternoon. The tour guide thoughtfully reminded us to stay warm, definitely deserves praise!

The scenic area staff are very enthusiastic and can solve problems in a timely manner. The tour guide will also recommend small snacks with a high cost-performance ratio. The hot grilled sausage and sweet potato are super delicious, highly recommended!

Went on a day trip to Xiling Snow Mountain with my bestie, and the experience was amazing! The ski resort's equipment rental was very convenient, and the sizes were complete. We fell several times but still laughed so hard. We even saw the sunset on the way down the mountain. The golden light shining on the snow-capped mountains was breathtakingly beautiful. The photo spots recommended by the tour guide were absolutely amazing!

It's truly cold, but it's also truly fun. I'm not very good at skiing, but I tried it out and it was still pretty interesting. There was plenty of time to play around, and I even strolled around the ski resort to look at the snow scenery. I also ran into a little squirrel, which made me especially happy.

Came for the "window frames the Western Mountains' snow, a thousand autumns view," and wasn't disappointed! The day trip was packed but not rushed. The snow scene at the summit was spectacular and pure, and the atmosphere at the ski resort was fantastic. Whether you're a beginner or an expert, you can have fun. On the way back, the tour guide even shared photography tips. So thoughtful! A five-star rating is a must!

I was initially worried that a day trip wouldn't be enough time, but I was completely wrong! The itinerary was arranged very reasonably, with plenty of time to play in the snow and take pictures on the mountain, without being rushed. The view from Riyueping (Sun and Moon Platform) at the summit was super expansive, with a clear view of the distant snow-capped mountains, and the air was especially fresh. It felt great just taking a breath. The tour guide's explanations were also very interesting!

Even though it's winter, the scenery of the snow-capped mountains is stunning, with the snow-covered peaks complementing the blue sky perfectly. Skiing, building snowmen, all the winter activities are so much fun, especially the photos in the snow, which are just incredibly beautiful and photogenic. Highly recommended!

A smile in customer service goes a long way. The driver did not greet or smile, possibly due to a language barrier, but a simple “good morning” would have made a positive difference. The itinerary on Klook stated a 7:00 a.m. start, while the driver suggested 8:30 a.m., which caused some confusion. We agreed on a 7:30 a.m. pickup, though we came out slightly late at 7:45 a.m. The drive to Xiling was not very smooth, as the driver appeared restless and braked abruptly several times, possibly due to fatigue. We suggested he take proper rest after dropping us off. On the return journey, the experience was noticeably better. Room for improvement: basic English communication and a simple hello, thank you, good bye approach.
