Riding around the market by cyclo with the chef was so much fun! They explained all the various things sold at the market in detail. All the food we made in the cooking class was delicious, and the chef was kind and had a great sense. Because it was at the Sheraton, it was great to cook cleanly in a pleasant space. I want to come again!
it was fun and all, and the chef is a nice guy. But, after the market tour we were told to just wait, and we had no idea what we were waiting for. It turns out the actually cooking class didn't start until 10 am and we had been waiting since 9 am right after we came back from the market. I don't mind so much the bad planning as the waiting we had to do over an hour without any notice about it. Better communication and better planning are highly advised
