- For arrivals, your driver will arrive at the airport 15 minutes after your actual landing time and will wait for you for a maximum of one hour. Extra waiting time will cost an additional AUD1 per minute
- Meet and greet service is available at an additional cost of AUD20 per vehicle
- Any extra large luggage (eg: snowboard, wheelchair and etc.) will incur an additional upgrade fee (payable directly in cash to the driver). Please fill in the notes upon check out for any special arrangements
- A midnight surcharge of AUD20 will be applied for pick up service between 10:30pm-6:30am
