For airport pick up, you can opt for a meet and greet service where your driver will meet you at the arrival hall while holding a Klook signage. Your driver will patiently wait for you within one hour of your landing time. For hotel pick up, your driver will meet you at the lobby of your hotel within one hour of your scheduled pick up time.

- The child seat can be arranged upon request. The first seat is free of charge, and additional child seats will cost AUD15 each
- For arrivals, your driver will arrive at the airport 15 minutes after your actual landing time and will wait for you for a maximum of one hour. Extra waiting time will cost an additional AUD1 per minute
- Meet and greet service is available at an additional cost of AUD20 per vehicle
- Any extra large luggage (eg: snowboard, wheelchair and etc.) will incur an additional upgrade fee (payable directly in cash to the driver). Please fill in the notes upon check out for any special arrangements
- A midnight surcharge of AUD20 will be applied for pick up service between 10:30pm-6:30am

Driver was prompt and on time to wait for our arrival in the airport. Car was spacious and comfortable. The only down side of the experiences was the driver was struggle to find the exact location of the hotel. But after all, all is well.
